WINTER BOOTCAMP PROGRAM

This is an outstanding body sculpting, muscle toning program that will leave you with a killer body. It will help reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular endurance, increase lean muscle mass and so much more. This program is an intense weekly workout geared to reshape your entire body and bring about quick changes to your overall fitness level. As an added bonus, your core (abs, obliques & lower back) will be activated throughout this very dynamic exercise plan which will leave you with less belly fat and a more lean you! Make sure to take "before and after" pictures so that you can see just how much 10 weeks can change your body!

FALL BOOTCAMP PROGRAM

This is a body building, muscle toning special program that will leave you with a killer body, as well as reduced body fat, improved cardiovascular endurance, increased lean muscle mass, functional strength, flexibility and balance. This program will use one intense workout a week to reshape your entire body and bring about quick changes to your overall fitness level. Workouts are scheduled once a week, and average out 50 minutes in each session. As an added bonus, the core (abs, obliques & lower back) is heavily engaged throughout the very dynamic exercises in these workouts, so you will likely find that you’re seeing rapid changes in your belly fat and the tone of your midsection, as well as in your lower body. Make sure to take "before and after" photos so that you can see the difference once all 10 completed!

LEAN & STRONG BOOTCAMP

Lean & Strong bootcamp/circuit training is an all levels indoor fitness program designed by coach D whose main goal is to help you get fit, reach your goals, improve your health and get you the results you want within 10 sessions. We do not strive for perfection but rather progress, therefore you will be able to track your improvements. This is your journey; your efforts will provide you the desired results. You will also receive helpful documentation during the program (i.e: Tips on fast recovery). LOCATION: Soul Fitness is a small, cozy and lovely gym located at 275 Fell Ave #114, North Vancouver, V7P 2P9. The entrance door faces 3rd street (Behind Thrifty Foods and Bed Bath & Beyond) FEES: 10 sessions: 148.50$ (full bootcamp) 5 sessions: 83.50$ (Choose 5 out of the 10) Drop-in: 18$ DATES: From Thursday April 26th to Thursday July 5th (Official calendar will be forwarded upon registration) THIS PROGRAM is built in a circuit format with 8 to 10 stations. COACH D BOOTY CAMP - APRIL 2017

STARTING IN APRIL 2017 - REGISTRATIONS WILL OPEN ON FEBRUARY 11th 2017 - This is a booty building, butt lifting, thigh toning special program that will leave you with a killer lower body, as well as reduced body fat, improved cardiovascular endurance, increased lean muscle mass, functional strength, flexibility and balance. This 14 days program will use 2 intense workouts a week to reshape your lower body and bring about quick changes to your overall fitness level. Workouts are scheduled 2 days a week, and average out to 40 minutes a day. As an added bonus, the core (abs, obliques & lower back) is heavily engaged throughout the very dynamic exercises in these workouts, so you will likely find that you’re seeing rapid changes in your belly fat and the tone of your midsection, as well as in your lower body. Kids deal with a huge range of complex self-confidence issues, many of which become apparent during school years. Research has shown that negative core beliefs have a significant impact on concentration levels as well as participation in class. Coach D’s mindful workshop on self-confidence helps these kids to master the 4 core ingredients to achieve a stronger self-esteem. Workshops are designed to help build positive mental confidence to deal with the road blocks that prohibit from fulfilling their optimal potential.
